Kids Get Fit

Childhood obesity has reached epidemic proportions, increasing our children's risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression, ADHD, as well as an unprecedented reduction in lifespan. Regular physical activity is critical to fighting back and ensuring a brighter, healthier future.

Our Fit-kids private training program has one goal, the key is converting stored body fat, into lean muscle tissue. In 30-minute one-on-one, supervised sessions, kids will learn the combinations of exercises best suited for them, the proper amount of weight and reps, how much time to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury while increasing performance. Through the training concepts of cardio, balance, flexibility, abdominal(core), especially upper and lower body resistance workouts, body composition is altered towards gaining lean muscle tissue. And because the program is based on lifestyle modification programs, eating plans, nutrition and food journals are recommended.
