Private Fitness Training

Most fitness programs are designed with the patient's main goal being the way their body looks. However, with the progression of diseases in our culture, including adult-diseases that are now in our youth population, it is most important to realize that "prevention is really worth the pound of cure". Thus, our private training program has one goal, decrease the risk factors that are affecting our health and shortening our lifespan. The key is converting stored body fat, back to lean muscle tissue.

Private personal training is designed to get you fit faster, and teach you the tools needed to maintain a well-lifestyle
for you and your family. We will walk you through cardio, balance, flexibility, abdominal(core), and upper and lower body resistance workouts. And because the program is based on lifestyle modification programs, you also get nutrition and food program. Our program doesn't just make you look better - you'll feel better. 

Your program begins by identifying your goals and creating a personalized fitness plan. Then, in 30-minute one-on-one, supervised sessions, you'll learn the combinations of exercises best suited for you, the proper amount of weight and reps, how much time to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury. You'll get the best results from every workout and make significant progress towards your goals. In short, we will remove the guesswork so you can focus on getting fit, change you body appearance, and most importantly, alter the progression of diseases affecting our lifespan…healthspan.
